When they are kicked out of the university, they decide to go into business for themselves, given their extensive knowledge of the supernatural. Now known collectively as the Ghostbusters, the trio run a unique ghost removal service in New York City, where customers can give them a call and enlist their services. The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent is an action comedy starring Nicolas Cage as a fictionalized version of himself whose best acting days seem to be behind him. After receiving a $1 million offer from a super fan named Javi Gutierrez (Pedro Pascal) to attend his lavish birthday party, the actor travels out of the country to attend the event.
The situation takes an interesting turn when he’s approached by the CIA to channel some of his most iconic and beloved on-screen characters in order to help the United States spy on Gutierrez. Believing Gutierrez to be a dangerous drug lord, Cage befriends the alluring fan and quickly learns everything may not be exactly as it seems. The film also stars Sharon Horgan, Ike Barinholtz, Alessandra Mastronardi, Jacob Scipio, Neil Patrick Harris, Tiffany Haddish, and Caroline Boulton.
