After over 20 years of professionally helping women find their bra size in various styles and brands, Curbello says about 85% of women who visit her are wearing the wrong bra size—leading to discomfort and keeping them from finding their most flattering fit.

✔️ However, be sure to experiment with sizing. “All styles and brands have different fit standards, so you may very well wear two or three sizes, depending on the manufacturing and materials,” Dale explained. Trying on different sizes and styles is the best way to find your perfect fit.

✔️ Think of your bra as an investment. While bras range from super affordable to ultra luxurious, Curbello recommends looking at the whole picture instead of just the price tag.
